Preparing for Promotion and Assessment

This 2-day course will help you learn and practise some of the essential skills you will need when you attend an assessment centre. Through practical exercises it will prepare you to work under pressure and to tight timescales. The course is relevant to those considering attending an assessment centre from AO through to Grade 7 (and departmental equivalents) as individual feedback on your performance will be given and tailored to your particular grade.
The programme contains a mixture of teaching sessions, tutor lead exercises, 1-on-1 coaching and feedback with the trainers, and small group discussions
