- Gain an understanding of project and programme management
- Learn how to plan a project
- Learn how to deploy a range of techniques and tools for effective project planning & management
- Understand the Project cycle, including objectives, feasibility studies, planning, implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation
- Understand the structure, role and responsibilities of Project teams
- Learn the uses of MS project and Prince 2 (However, please note this is not a Prince 2 course!)
- Learn how to carry out effective risk assessment and management
- Understand some of the key principles Understand the human aspects of project management
