This day, for all those working in defence related roles in the MOD, armed forces and business, will look at likely policy developments post 2010, the possible outcomes of a strategic defence review, what the UK can afford in the 21st century and what it need to prioritise, lessons from recent conflicts, new technology, sustainability, how the relationship between government and the armed forces may evolve, and working with our international partners
