Helen Hill
Helen is a learning and development specialist with 15 years experience. She began her career in sales in a large blue chip pharmaceutical company and developed into Learning and Development management where she had responsibility for devising the vision and strategy for the function for all levels of the company.
Her talents were soon headhunted by a small well known international training consultancy and with them she gained valuable expertise working with clients internationally in both the public sector, such as the NHS, local government and charitable institutions and private sector such as media, pharmaceutical, financial services and oil and gas sectors. A strong believer in self development, she supplemented her psychological background with a Diploma and an MBA. Helen is also a licensed practitioner in Insights and MBTI tools.
Encouraged by excellent feedback on her fresh ideas in design and delivery, Helen became an independent consultant and now focuses on helping leaders, managers and teams, in both the public and private sectors, to develop their skills and range of behaviours so that they, and their organisations, achieve success.
