Hugh Lennon
Hugh Lennon is a self-employed training and development consultant. He is interested in helping people use their skills and talents to increase their job satisfaction and to benefit their companies.
His earlier working life included a range of executive and Policy roles in the Civil Service and a secondment to the Civil Service College. Here he designed, developed and trained on a number of courses for Fast Stream students with the aim of developing both their policy and interpersonal skills.
Now working in the public and private sectors, Hugh is an associate of the National School of Government and maintains an interest in engineering and technology through his membership of the IET.
