We are all facing increasing pressure on resources; cuts in staff and budgets is common and most of us find that time and again we are asked to write a ’Business Case’ to support suggestions we make to use resources in a different way or to spend money. But what is a business case and how do we ensure the reader - ’gets it!’?

This workshop will help you to create professionally-written documents setting out a business case that can be easily understood by the reader’
